Riad Mammadov
Founder of EDC
Riad Mammadov is the Caucasus Coordinator at Ave Europa and Chief Responsible for Azerbaijan at EDC, working to strengthen pro-Europe cooperation and dialogue across the Eastern Partnership Countries.
He is the founder of Eastern Digital Corridor, an analytical platform focused on European integration and regional diplomacy.
Riad collaborates with political and civil society actors throughout the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe to promote democratic values and a shared European future.

Tigran Khzmalyan
Chief Responsible for Armenia
Tigran Khzmalyan is the Chief Responsible for Armenia at EDC.
He established the European Party of Armenia in 2018, where he serves as a chairman to this day. He initiated the Law on Armenia’s accession to EU adopted on 26 March, 2025.
Previously worked as political analyst for Armenian Assembly of America and cooperated with the BBC as a correspondent in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.
Former Deputy Director of the UNDPI, Armenian mission, Former Director General of the Yerevan Film Studio. Political activist since 2006.

Elene Mikinadze
Chief Responsible for Georgia
Elene Mikanadze is the Chief Responsible for Georgia at EDC.
She has gained professional experience at the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia, the Parliamentary Research Center, the U.S. Embassy’s Public Diplomacy Section, as well as with civil society organizations and media outlets. Her work focuses on strategic communications and regional security dynamics in Eastern Europe. She has also participated in academic exchanges and training programs at Charles University, Tallinn University of Technology, and Jagiellonian University.

Alperen Adam
Chief Responsible for Moldova
Alperen Adam is the Chief Responsible for Moldova and Co-Founder at EDC. He is a law student from the Republic of Moldova, focused on European integration and EU–Eastern Partnership relations. He has been engaged in political and civic activities since the age of 18, with interests in European governance, regional security, and institutional development. His work centers on the future of the European Union and pathways for deeper cooperation and integration between the EU and Eastern Partnership countries.
He is also a multiple prize-winner of national Olympiads in history and geography in Moldova.

Hlieb Pryhoda
Chief Responsible for Moldova
Hlieb Pryhoda is the Chief Responsible for Ukraine at EDC. He is also the Chief Curator of the local branch of Ukraine and a member of the executive council.
He is the head of Ave Europa Ukraine. He has also been a political activist in Switzerland since the age of 18.

Felipe Serpa Arango
Communications Specialist
Felipe Serpa Arango is a Communications Specialist at EDC.
He is active as a researcher in association with the Austrian National Defence Academy and the Austrian Academy of Sciences, where he investigates topics related to EU law and politics.
He holds master’s degrees in International Relations from the College of Europe in Bruges and from Utrecht University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws in European Law from Maastricht University. He has completed traineeships with the European Parliament’s DG for External Policies, as well as with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Defence.

Giordano Ogliari Scartezini
Trade and Logistics Specialist
An Industrial Engineer with a background in consulting, Giordano serves as an advisor for EDC and Ave Europa in logistics, trade, infrastructure, and technology. He is currently researching supply chain risk management across Europe, the Caucasus, and partner regions to strengthen global trade resilience.

Bhumyamca Hadi
Chief of Department of Common Analysis of the Eastern Partnership
Bhumyamca Hadi is a Chief of Department of Common Analysis of the Eastern Partnership at EDC. He’s currently a senior high school student with a strong interest in journalism and current affairs.
As a Chief of Department of Common Analysis of the Eastern Partnership at Eastern Digital Corridor, he helps edit and shape news content with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and responsible reporting.
