Our mission

The Eastern Digital Corridor (EDC) promotes informed policy dialogue and regional development in the Eastern Partnership by delivering comparative research and strengthening local expertise to align digital transformation and reforms with European standards.

  • Support evidence-based digital and regulatory convergence between the EU and the Eastern Partnership

    Produce policy-oriented analysis on how EU digital and regulatory frameworks can be realistically adapted in Eastern Partnership countries.

    Assess digital public infrastructure, e-government tools and data governance as drivers of institutional reform.

  • Support economic integration through regulatory and market alignment

    Examine regulatory barriers, market fragmentation and compliance gaps affecting trade, services and investment between the EU and partner countries.

  • Contribute to resilience and strategic autonomy of the region

    Analyse vulnerabilities in digital infrastructure, supply chains and regulatory systems with a focus on regional stability and long-term sustainability.

  • Facilitate informed public dialogue on EU policies and regional reforms

    Translate complex EU policy frameworks into accessible analytical content for civil society and the wider public.

  • Advance comparative policy research across Eastern Partnership countries

    Produce comparative case studies to identify best practices, institutional bottlenecks and reform pathways.

  • Bridge the gap between policy design and implementation capacity

    Focus on institutional, financial and administrative constraints that shape real-world policy outcomes.

  • Strengthen cooperation between analytical communities in the EU and neighbouring regions
